Figured I'd put this out there in hopes that someone will fix it.
Car was originally from California, I got it out of Nevada. It has a clear Nevada title. Car fax does show "front end collision, air bags deployed".
I have the parts car to fix it. The car does run, and moves.
Before I start selling parts, would anyone be interested in fixing it??

i understand the XJR 100 is a California car, then Nevada.

And can you tell me about the mileage, timing chain status (has it been serviced), transmission, suspension system, cooling system & electrical system history on both ?

Also - 2002 'Sport'- I have never heard of this model. Is it a special version of a 2002 XJR?
i have a 2002 XJR.

 

The 100 had 195k on the clock. Don't know the history. Was owned buy another member. I bought it from him going on 2 years ago.
The 02 sport is same paint as the 100, has black interior.
These were a xj8, non Super charged, has the xjr suspension. Engine was severely overheated and never fixed. Been off the road about 8 years. Car was still in good shape. No rust. Originally from CT.
I'd like to hear a reasonable offer and have both gone before snow flies. Wife would really like her XF inside..

Pardon my ignorance- where is 'CT'- is that Connecticut?
And that odometer reading- is that MILES or kilometres?

 

And do both cars start & move at this current moment in time? Or is the battery is dead? Interested in what you think 2 parts cars (1 being a high miler) are worth.

Yes Connecticut. Yes it's mile.
The sport engine is torn down to the block. So no it does not run.
The 100 currently doesn't have a battery in it. Started and moved it 200 ft once I got the radiator off the front of the engine.
The wheels and brakes alone are worth $2500. Another member really wants the seat skins.
That being said, I'm not going to give it away. If someone didn't want to fix it I'd take $2500 for the 100 and keep the sport and use it for parts for my 98.
