XK8 Seat Recline Motor

Need a passenger seat recliner motor for my 1997 XK8. I believe Bosh made the motor and the part # is GJA4713AA. Can anyone help me out??

I just contacted a dealer with my brothers wholesale account, there is no way he can get it better than 550.
