Bought my beautiful Stype from a dealer in Chester they first had the car back and spent 3 hours replacing what they called a breather tube but this didn't correct the problem.They are now refusing to have the car back. To be honest I don't think they knew what the hell they were talking about and other non specialist garages I have asked to look are reluctant to offer any opinions.The leak appears to be from near the top of the rocker cover on the left side of the engine. I believe it starts to smoke when oil drips onto the hot manifold cover.There is no didcernable loss when I check the oil level. but there are small stains on my drive which to be honest don't look like dirty engine oil. I keep the aircon in recirculation mode to prevent smoke entering the cabin.I love this car and sold a perfectly good 2L MX5 to buy it.Feeling sad and a little angry now
