You said in the first post you just got the STR. How long have you had it?

I think with 13 crash events completely filling the RCM that maybe you should try to get your money back? They made the module that way for a reason and it wasn't to sell more modules.

I've had it for around two months one month of that in the shop had a clean car fax so im kinda at a loss and so is jag in Detroit and i put new str because i never did the formal sorry for the confusion
i also got it at an auction in Detroit one heck of a price so the little bugs here and there isn't bad considering the price i paid ( under 5000.00 with a 100000 mile power train after market warranty )

A quick note. Flash code 13 is shown in the Body DTC Summaries codes PDF (in JTIS if not the stickies). With the explanation Crash Data Full and to Replace RCM.
