Default Black LCD screen

I need help I accidentaly pressed the update on my screen then it went black now there numbers that appear on the on the button saying ext 50 and 51. I have the DVD navigation system. But screen won't come back on is still black wat should I do next

You've erased the firmware, ready to load the new.

That's why it warns you.

Use Search and read what others did to fix it.
