DCCV or CCM

Hi Jaglover922
I have the same problem with no heat. I find it interesting that you mention the signal being pulse width.. I ran a constant ground to either of the outer pins on the DCCV but made no difference. Maybe mine is stuck shut. But I have been wondering why there's no ground feeding from the CCV

Sorry, feeding from the climate control module

Flushed lines going into matrix with the hose and everything there seems to be clear.. So we assume the CCM is also at fault what with no earth feeding the DCCVs outer 2 pins?
Yes valve was unplugged before adding the constant earth :)

If the ground made no diff then the DCCV is faulty. You gave no data re CCM did you?

What are you referring to as giving no data?
Yes I agree that the DCCV is at fault, but is this a case where the CCM becomes faulty aswell?

May or may not. Test it :)

Or swap DCCV and see if all is then OK.

I've moved you to your own thread.

I'd assume that he means you were not providing a command from the CCM when testing the valve, so if your valve is toast when you tested with an independent supply / ground you need to change it, if you still have no control the CCM may also be faulty.

All visual settings with the CCM seem to be ok. Vacume vents all good to, just no heat.
Just ordered a new DCCV from the UK so will let you know the outcome
Thanks for your help
