Fuse 17 keeps popping
My fuel pump isn't getting voltage. All the testing I've gone through shows me there's a short somewhere.
It just started raining, so I can't be crawling under the car and what not. Are there any specific places I should look first when looking for the short?
Thanks for the help.

Does anyone know where I'll be able to find a wiring diagram for my car?
I purchased a manual to be able to work on the car, but out of the 5000 pages, it doesn't come with wiring diagrams!
I saw on the TOPix page that I could "use" one for an hour for $15. Seems like a rip off to me seeing as all my other manuals came with wiring diagrams with the instructions on how to work on the car.

Colour diagrams are also included in JTIS I think.

Mikey, thanks for the link. That didn't have what I wanted though. It does have some good paperwork though if you've lost your current booklet.

Update:
I forgot to double check the fuse after replacing the fuel pump and wha-la! I have the pump pushing fuel. But still no pressure at the fuel rail.
I changed the fuel filter and saw that I did have fuel in there and also saw that the filter was not clogged, so I did more digging.
I took off the plenum and found that at the back of the fuel rail, there is a sensor that seemed like it wasn't sitting like its suppose to. After taking off the fuel rail, I found out that it was the fuel pressure sensor. Half of it had broken off into the fuel rail and the other was still half-way tied to the fuel rail with the bolts holding it in.
So, long story short, new part on its way and I'll see what happens when I reinstall everything with this new electronic.

New fuel pressure sensor in, as well as some new coolant hoses that broke. Got the engine bay put back together and still no pressure at the rail.
Any ideas on what I should check next?
Thank you
