Headlamp & Bumper/Hood protector.
 

So with the threads I saw on bringing your headlights back to luster I wondered if anyone had thought about this for both UV protection as well as preventing pitting etc. from road debris?

Seems like a reasonable thing to try.

I have of course seen the clear bras on some cars. It's not my favourite but frankly where I live right now, urban NYC jungle, cars get really pelted with a lot of flying stuff.

I cannot get the front end of a car properly repainted for anywhere close to the cost of a clear bra. The repair paint never holds up as well either. Once you get a thick layer of paint on there it chips that much worse too.

So has anyone done this to their S-Type?
