You need to determine if the vehicle needs suspension re-set or adjustment.
Here is a TSB we got for suspension diagnosis and adjustment.
You will need WDS, IDS or SDD (or similar tool).

No air suspension on the S Types, correct?

There is a chart in the stickies for ride height and where to measure...I believe 1/4 inch is too much variance...more than likely you have worn bushings on the low side...I had the same issue and replaced all the bushings and it cured it.....the most worn out ones were the lower shock bushings...do you have CATS adaptive suspension....if so, I do not know what would happen if one was set firm and one soft...also I have read where the upper shock mounts wreak havoc when they are bad... luckily mine had been replaced by the previous owner, so I have no hands on experience there...there are some excellent suspension troubleshooting members on here...they can pinpoint cause and effect better than me

I don't think my car has air suspension, I'll try to take some good pictures of the control arm tomorrow and see if the bushing looks worn. I should be able to see it right?

Well yes and no...if you remove the wheel everything is visible....but,looks are decieving because like hoses and belts the bushings are rubber and by the time they are visually bad it is almost too late...you need to somehow use a bar or jack to move the suspension and watch for excess movement.....have the car in the air with the suspension hanging freely....i use a jackstand placed where the cutout is for the car jack to go when you change a tire ..to access the upper mounts you need to remove the trunk liner so you can inspect the top rubber ...do the measurement first and compare to spec....dont forget to measure your tires to make sure they are equal...I think you take off the wheel and measure the circumference of each...

The photos dontd show much...I am thinking the rear anti sway bar bushings...take a good look at those...do you hear or feel any low speed thunking or clunking at the rear...on dips...potholes...even on a driveway...I am pretty sure there are adjustments that can be done for the rear suspension...not sure what they are besides the toe in and if any affect ride height...have you had an alignment done recently

I was never good at taking pictures lol, I last had a alignment done in the late spring of last year they checked all 4-four wheels. I don't hear any clucking or strange sounds at the rear.... not even in the driveway lol.
