Which inlet manifold gasket?

Default Which inlet manifold gasket?
I think it is probably time to change the sparkplugs in my2000 S Type 3L V6 (VIN L41909) after 135K as the engine is starting to develop a missunder load. Can anyone advise whichversion of the inlet manifold gaskets will I need to purchase without me firsthaving to pull the manifold off?

XR85398, and you will neeed 2.
