How can the car lock with keys inside? This has happened three times each time at gas station. My keys are inside. I get out to pump gas and the doors lock. First I changed to another remote. Then I changed the battery in the remote. Is this supposed to happen?

 

I have read that if one of the door locks is faulty it can set off the central locking. It would be worth hiding a spare key on the car.

 

With the keys inside and me outside, I'd be worried someone might steal the car!
