Today I finished my exhaust mods with addition of Magnaflow 59975 HFCs, Magnaflow Resonated true X-pipe, and muffler delete.
I have already installed the Mina gallery full intake and have a new supercharger belt to go on with the Mina 1.5 pulley.
First I deleted the rear mufflers, drove it for a few weeks then decided I wanted more sound.
Next up was the Magnaflow resonated X-pipe, the short one? 14” body?
Sound was improved.
Adding the 200 cell HFCs was exactly the sound I wanted.
Cold start now has a nice brapp/bark.

Partial throttle up to 2200 rpm roughly same output in cabin.
2300 to 3700 definitely “meatier” slight rasp but not annoying
3800 and up rasp not as pronounced as the “bulk” of the noise is cabin filling with the growl of the exhaust.
Highway at 75mph with Sport mode off is not much louder then before. I just drove to Branson MO for Thanksgiving ( 400 miles ) with OEM cats and have a baseline.
I have yet to hear her outside the cabin as weather sucks here now and more snow tomorrow.
I would absolutely do this again, has mean pops, burbles and slight backfire on deceleration after some decent throttle input.

I have owned about a dozen vehicles I have just deleted catalytic converters and have dealt with unburn fuel smells etc.
I did not want that for the Jag and I a happy I chose this path!!!

 

Throttle input is improved, the sound alone is reason for me to do this mod irregardless of performance improvement.
Next up is 1.5lb pulley, Range Rover Sport supercharger inlet tube, ( I keep checking eBay) Snow Performance Stage 2.5 alky injection with the VC50 boost controller and Bosch IC pump for 2020.
Should keep me happy till Spring 2021!!!
