Default Moon roof hickups

My moonroof opens smoothly, but when I go to close it, it stops. I release the button and it goes a little more, then stops. I can always get it closed, but I have to release the button 10 times or so to get it closed. Any thoughts? It opens fine, and doesn't make any weird noises, so I'm guessing the switch?

With the key in the driver's door lock, hold it in the locked position and any open windows and the sunroof will close. It is described in the owners manual as well.

Shoot. Good idea. I'll try that. If it closes okay then it pretty much is the switch right?

Well I tried the Global Close, but the sunroof still stopped in the middle. Any ideas?

You need to perform a "Motor Synchronization". This is from the JTIS.
Please get one. They are only $10 on EBay. The best money you will ever spend!!!

Don't forget that when performing the global close, you must blink your left eye four times, lift your right foot off the ground for at least ten seconds, bend your knees exactly thirty-two degrees, and hum "God Save The Queen" in the key of D minor....
