OBD 2 Code reader
Hi all
I’m looking for advice on how to read codes with a Bluetooth OBD 2 reader. We’ve got an ‘05 S type Diesel and I need to find an app/software that will read ABS fault codes. The abs warning and DTC inoperative lights are on. Any help appreciated |
Try EOBD Facile

Have you read ABS codes through this app? And did you have to get the advanced paid for edition?

Hi Felipe
Have a look at one of your wheels, possibly one of the sensor readers has popped off, it happened to me on my 99 S-Type. Hope this helps Cheers:) |
Anyone recommend a Bluetooth OBD socket?
the facile app is good but won’t connect to my reader TIA |
I use the Jaguar SDD software. Version 130 running in a virtual windows XP machine (with no internet connection and a bit of code to reset the date each time it is used) on a laptop with the Mongoose pro adapter. This has always worked well for me.
But this is a bit more involved than just plugging in a code reader. Mellow |
