Part Numbers / Sources Needed - Child Anchor Cover + Rear Cup Holder

Hello :

Does anyone have the PNs and a good source for child restraint anchor covers and the rear cup holder (face plate only if possible) for a 2003 S Type ?

Also, whats the "proper" name / color code for the "gray" interior on these cars.

Really appreciate some help.
