Primary Junction Fuse Box - Passenger footwell
 

2005 Jaguar S-Type VDP Edition - I have the car's electronic diagram and am troubleshooting a parking control module failure. The fuse diagram shows F29 as the fuse that connects to that module. My problem is I can't get the fuse cover off. Not the outside cover. That's easy. Once I got the cover off, I see another black cover with all the fuse placements listed but can't figure out how to remove that. I've pulled and pushed and can't find any clips or tabs or anything holding it on. Any help appreciated.
