Puzzled by holes in radiator sight shield

I have a 2005 S-Type 3.0 Base. Recently, I changed my air filter and cabin air filter. In doing so, I noticed various holes in the engine bay that seemed to be missing something.

After a little research, I identified some of the blank holes on the wiper cowl as needing cowl top panel fasteners - XR87508010 and other of the blank holes on the radiator sight shield as needing radiator sight shield clips - XR812941. A little shopping on-line and those issues were handled.

However, something still puzzles me. :icon_confused: On the top of the radiator sight shield there are 4 holes, which are a little bigger than the size of a quarter and a little smaller than the size of a half dollar. Two of the holes are round and two of the holes are elongated into an oval. All of the holes seem to be directly over and allow access to a set screw beneath for one of the headlights.

My question is simple. Are there covers, plugs, or blanks, which fit into these holes to finish the top of the radiator sight shield? If so, what are they called and what are the part numbers?

Thanks in advance for your input.

The holes not used for the fasteners are for headlamp adjustment as you mentioned. To the best of my knowledge, there are no other inserts/covers that are used, but the shield did change based on VIN over several MYs.

Perhaps you can post a photo of the shield.
