s type 5 speed manual gearbox ratios

Hi I am after the ratios of a 2001 S type 5 speed manual box Getrag 221 I believe - 3 ltr V6. Also would the diesel 6 speed manual box have the same bolt pattern?

It was hard to find and I'm not 100% sure but here is what I found for ratios. (also its a light duty trans)

Getrag 221 gear ratios

1st: 4.23
2nd: 2.52
3rd: 1.66
4th: 1.22
5th: 1.00
