In and out, it will be black for now. And the piece we are struggling with is the female of the quick connect to the valve cover ventilator.

Worst case senario I'm going to get with my local dealer and see if I can purchase just the fittings.

We do own jaguars and we choose to be different and so most of our parts are difficult lol

Mafioso, you're doing a phenomenal job. We all owe you a big thanks for your time in the development of an air intake tube that will help our STR's build more power.

HOLY COW!

The sound hmmm, you can hear the blower plain as day windows up radio volume on 12. It sounds very intimidating. it started raining so I didnt get to lay on it, but it sounds awesome.

The powdercoated one is behind schedule the PC'er had a death in the family so it wont be done for a while, but its getting textured black on the outside and smooth on the inside. it will look 100% OEM

Sounds sweet! but hey why is there a check engine light on? Is that temporary rubber hose that you used causing it?

It was like that for about a week before it threw the code. I didnt want to clear it since I'll get P1000 Not Ready. so I wouldnt be able to spot any problems with the intake elbow. at least this way I can watch for pending codes.

Saw the clip on YouTube and left a remark. Def. more blower whine. Did ya notice more pep? Following an open gas cap during fueling/engine running: I believe the CEL should go off on the 10th engine on/off cycle? We're very excited at the prospects of this mod.

I had to do a rolling start, the roads were moist and had huge traction problems from a stand still, as far as pep the butt dyno says heck yea. but it could also be a placebo effect. deffinatly +5 on throttle response

To continue the intake saga, the next project might a TB and intake tract port.
