Hi all,

I want to purchase a beautiful Jaguar Stype 2.7 d year 2006. I have runned a test drive and the car rides very smoothly and buttery! The only problem that I had was when I put the pedal down, around 3.500/3.800 rpm the engine has for two seconds cuts of power. Then it goes all the way down shifting normally.. the owner of the jag says that once the oil is warm (after a 20 min drive) it doesn’t have this problem anymore, but that isn’t normal, right? What could be the issue?

You may want to post your enquiry on the UK/Eire forum as well as most members of this forum are from North America. Jaguar never offered a diesel variant of the S-Type in North America.
