suggested parts?

I found a fairly intact stype at a junk yard that is EXACTLY like mine (year, trim, color, etc). Are there any parts that I should look to get from it before it gets totally picked a part?

Dash top demister (defroster) panel, as they have been discontinued by Jaguar and good used ones often sell for over $400 in the classic car parts market. Just be very careful when removing this piece as they become brittle and easily broken over time.

It is the curved plastic panel, with vents, which sits adjacent to the windscreen and directs warm air to the glass when the defroster is activated... They get brittle and break.
