I'm puzzled. How do you guys get away with criticizing dealers here? I thought they could do no wrong anymore.

No, not true... There are poor dealers and poor private garages...

You normally lean the other way, thinking they are all out to steal your money...That too, is not true.. There are plenty of private and dealer organizations that still believe in customer service.. As long as people remember that they are in business to make money as well, and not charity organizations.... That's what forums are for...
