Throttlebody ground wire ?

Ground wire ,
I'm rebuilding my STR and installing the intake etc. I've had my car apart before ( replaced throttlebody ) and never seen this wire . There are no wires in this location am I missing something ? I was just looking at shop manual and noticed a notation and image at top of throttle opening . I checked wire harness as well .
