turn signal issue
 

When I turn on my right turn signal both reverse lights and the right turn signal bulb flash lightly on rear ??? I noticed someone has ran a jumper wire from left side to right for the tail lights themselves...unhooked it to see if that helped and no change other than the tail lights. I'm new to the forum so if there already is a thread on this I'm sorry..looked and didn't see one. Thanks
