Under Super Charger Hose on 5.0?

When Jaguar updated our 4.2L to the direct injected 5.0L did they do away with the hose that leaks under the super charger?

I have an interest in the 5.0L and am trying to learn more of it's details.

Not sure, but it does appear they changed the design at least.

Old hose on left, one piece new hose on the right. Also the new hose end (the bigger end) feels much thicker

Thanks for that but you have a 4.2L right?

Or is that an updated hose for the 4.2L? Because I have the hose for when I need to use it and my new one looks like the hose on the left.

Well I ordered the hose for the 4.2 s/c and that is what they sent me. I thought they updated the desgin.

Hey that's good to know!
I may even order another hose since the one I got a while back is the old style. I am glad Jaguar redesigned the hose it looks better too.
