I bought R1 concepts off ebay for $500 (non S/C, i think S/C are 800 or 900?) This is a full 4 wheel kit with ceramic pads. Unless you do a lot of track racing you won't really notice a performance...

Just had mine done ... Had them powdered coated...process is expensive but worth it ... Replaced all four routers with ceramic pads ....brakes are much lower but function properly...dust is reduced...

The sheet metal above the pinch weld which the adapter puck would bear on might not actually be strong enough as the pinch weld is reinforced...
