Look at the diagram you posted. It is very complicated and there are 22 or 23 hoses.
If you have not done so replace ALL the rubber coolant hoses....

We had a cut off date somewhere in the 1999-2000 date range. So the 2002 year is AFTER the entire Nikasil problems.
