They fail at that center gasket a lot. I don't think you're in the states but over here most AC shops can rebuild a Harrison on the cheap.

That motor looks exactly like the one I just pulled of an XJ6 to salvage the abs accumulator/solenoid box. I paid $80 USD for the entire unit, I should think you could find the motor pretty easily?
