If you left the cap off it may be the cause. Drive it a few more times and the faults may be gone. Don't keep clearing them - it takes at least 3 warm ups for it to see what's happening.

I've no idea about the first, but P13B0 is very weird. DTCs with letters in the last 4 chars didn't come in till about 2007 and I would not expect them in these...

If fixed, the PCM will turn off the MIL after 3 warm ups with no error. (That may mean on the 4th.)

(Actually required by law - surprised me!)

The code stays harmlessly...
