The transducer on my tranny took all of 20 seconds to change out, took longer to jack the car up. No fluid involved.

When mine started doing that and then proceeded to get worse it was the transducer on the transmission. Not saying yours isn't the circuit board, I'm just saying mine was doing the same thing then...
