Mine does this to, I use lucas injector lubricant to quite it down, among other reasons. Modern gas is quite dry, anything that lubricates the system is good.

Thanks these are super helpful. The metal around the cup is weak as in you can push it slightly, when applying alot of force, no visible nasty bubbling rust though the whole car underbody was sprayed...

At 30,000 miles that 6.0L isn't even broken in yet. I wouldn't hesitate to buy a 6.0L, vast quality improvements, better Fordified gaskets, seals etc.

You can buy aftermarket silicone hose kits...
