Default Journeys Not Updating

No new journeys have been added to my account since the 14th and just wondering if there is a limit on how many entries are stored. Anyone know before I have to call Jag customer service?

Delete the app and reinstall.

Have you checked the portal that Journeys are still enabled? (Bit of a long shot, but ...)

Don’t worry about it. It appears their website is down. That happens periodically.

I wonder what happens when my car is stolen and their site is down... .. no insurance cover..

Journeys is showing my car still up in Maine. I haven’t looked at it since mid October and that’s the last entry.

It shows a trip 5 days ago, indeed the last trip.. ... cold and wet out here..

I just checked the 'remote app' as it gives the live status and when it last contacted the car.. .. LIVE..

I just deleted and reloaded the app. It has recovered all of the trips through today

I found the app was slow updating, but since the most recent update (R1.70) it updates pretty much instantly.

As of this AM my Journeys are still not updated beyond 11/14. I have done everything I can think of and tried all of the actions suggested here including uninstalling and re-installing the app (twice) to no avail. When opened the app displays that it is updating, but then the latest update is is shown as 11/14. Nothing is current, not the mileage, fuel level, or locked/unlocked status.
Since I'll be in Vegas all this week I won't worry about it until later; I'll just uninstall the app and reload it when I get back.

Have you tried shutting down your phone and restarting?

Thanks for the suggestion. I had not tried that so gave it a go and also re-installed the app one more time. Same out of date results.

One more thing to try. Turn off WIFI on your cell phone if you are connecting that way locally. I have reconnected once or twice in the past by forcing a wireless connection.
