One problem that you will encounter with Europe is the unbelievable and Byzantine bureaucracy. Now you know why all those immigrants to the USA rushed to leave Europe all those years ago !

One issue is roadworthiness tests, and also insurance. Here in the UK at least, there is the annual MOT that tests cars for roadworthiness. If an owner is merely replacing a Jaguar original air shock for a rebuilt Arnott one, then there is no problem. The problem arises when an owner might wish to swap out to Arnott originals that do not support CATS or swap to your coil spring units. This represents a modification, and if the insurance companies get wind of this and the new setup is not approved, then the insurance will be invalidated. So any replacement that does not support the original Bilstein-built set-up will need testing and approval so owners can install without any comeback.
