Help with horn not working
 

Hi All,

I'm new here (just posted in the new member thread). I bought my car on Saturday from a private seller. When I got home after a three hour drive, the horn started blaring.
Managed to speak to the seller and (he knew) exactly where the fuse was located, so removed.
I've since tried to put the fuse back in (fuse is fine), but now my horn is not working at all.
Watched a few videos, that suggest trying to see if it's the relay. Can anyone please confirm if this is the horn relay (circled in red) below. If so, I can test and order a new one to see if that's the issue.
