Oh yes, just to let you know I am currently following up with the Advanced Driving group as I have not heard back from them, have another company to add to the list of supporting companies, and am in the very final negotiations with one other Jaguar specific company who will be getting very involved withour event.

Welcome to our JaguarForums Annual Convoy & Meet event for 2018!

Further to the success of our previous events, we have an incredible Jaguar exclusive event for you in May 2018!

We will be starting at Pease Pottage Services with a slightly earlier start time than the last event, & we will have a larger more airy room set aside exclusively for us on the day. There will be the obligatory welcome speech running through the features of our day, and free Welcome Packs distributed to get you in the mood for the day, plus event registration :-).

We will then have a scenic convoy through gorgeous Sussex and Surrey countryside to our main venue, with a mixture of main & country roads to our main venue Denbies Wine Estate.

At Denbies we will have a new layout for our event with a central area reserved for presentations and displays during the day. We will have trade stands onsite with great show deals, and a vast pool of Jaguar knowledge for you to quiz. In addition we will have a huge prize draw, and a number of awards to be made including the prestigious 'Best Turned Out Jag' award sponsored by Scratchshield to be passed from our 2017 winner to the new winner :-)

Add to this, superb company, over 60 years of Jaguar production spread across as many models as we can manage and you have our event :-) It is a great day out for everyone in itself but add to that what the largest wine estate in England has to offer (tours, tastings, great food, wine etc) and you have an incredible day out.

There will be free Welcome packs, samples, offers, discounts and all the usual things you would expect with a ticketed event, but this event is free! (except for a small charge for the main prize draw)

Please consider signing up, and penciling our event into your diary - the more people that sign up, the more we can organise with our event sponsors making this a win win situation for us :-) It is free to sign up for, and you are under no obligation so go on, just let us know your name/online alias, Jaguar model, year of production or reg, and how many people will likely be travelling in total and we'll do the rest :-) It is genuinely that easy to sign up for.

Graham received his Scratchshield Wash System today - congratulations to him on his win. If you would like you own set (I swear by my set and use them weekly) you can order them from Scratchshield.co.uk using our exclusive discount code ssjagxmas17 for a great Christmas 10% discount

Not sure if this is Grahams S-Type before or after using his new bucket set :-) Huge thanks go to everyone that entered our Xmas competition, to Scratchshield for the prizes, and I look forward to seeing everyone at our next event in a few months time

Welcome to our JaguarForums Annual Convoy & Meet event for 2018!

Further to the success of our previous events, we have an incredible Jaguar exclusive event for you in May 2018!

This will be on Sunday 27th of May this year.

Currently I can confirm the following:

As I wasn't the winning "Graham", I've taken advantage of the discount code Steve arranged to order a Scratchshield wash and rinse kit today.

I've used a single Scratchshield in an ordinary bucket for several years and seen the benefits so the 10% discount was a great incentive.

Graham

That's great to hear Graham.. the switch I made from various random buckets found in the kitchen or shed, to the Scratchshield system including purpose made buckets and filters, has made a huge difference to my routine, esp now I am cleaning two cars every weekend, and I genuinely swear by them.

This is also the first time I have managed to persuade Scratchshield to give us a Christmas discount, allowing us to treat our Jaguars for less, which is fantastic :-)

...and maybe not for this Christmas - but I am working on all our event sponsors, to see if I can make our next Jaguar Christmas the best ever for everyone :-)

Just to let you know I am in discussions with a national coatings specialist who supplies protective automotive paint coatings - They have a network of workshops, and their coatings (inc ceramic) are warrantied for three years - Absolutely ideal for Jaguar paintwork - I am hoping they will come onboard with us, and fingers crossed may be able to offer a discount for attendees.. more info to come as soon as I know.

Just 142 days to go until our 2018 event now - sounds a long time but I still have more potential sponsors/industry attendees to talk to, presentation slots to get booked (giving you the chance to learn the tricks of the trade etc direct from the trade), overnight accomodation for attendees needing it, and so much more to get organised.

Please consider our great annual event, and sign up for what promises to be a great Jaguar day out for you, your families, and of course showcasing your Jaguars.

We have free Welcome Packs, discount codes, a convoy element as well as main event, a superb prize draw, awards for a number of categories/classes of Jaguar, trade stands offering services/products of interest to Jaguar owners, show prices for anything bought at the event, presentations for you to learn directly from the trade, an incredible main venue in Denbies Wine Estate, and so much more.. so go on, sign up for a great free Jaguar day out. The only costs being for food at Denbies (if you choose to eat there) and a small charge for the prize draw - everything else is free!

Just pop a post on a forum thread, our Facebook page, or DM on Twitter with your Jaguar model, year, and how many will be travelling and we'll do the rest for you - it is that easy to sign up for.

Our event twitter account is @JFBrightonMeets - why not follow us there and catch the latest news about our event as we go?

I have some more good news for you guys, regarding our event presentation slots (a new feature for our 2018 event) - where you get a chance to learn the tricks of the trade, and techniques in maintaining your Jaguar..

In addition to a half hour slot being hosted by PVD Approved, demonstrating detailing techniques and a Q&A session....

we now also have.....

LeatherGuard hosting a slot demonstrating leather cleaner products, cleaning techniques and the Leather Guard protection system.

and...

the Leather Repair Company hosting a slot demonstrating leather repairs and restoration- colour restoration process and products.

Absolutely massive thanks to all three companies for their support of our new presentation slots, giving us all a chance to learn from the pros.
