Welcome to our JaguarForums Annual Convoy & Meet event for 2018!
Further to the success of our previous events, we have an incredible Jaguar exclusive event for you in May 2018!
This will be on Sunday 27th of May this year. We will be starting at Pease Pottage Services with a slightly earlier start time than the last event, & we will have a larger more airy room set aside exclusively for us on the day. There will be the obligatory welcome speech running through the features of our day, and free Welcome Packs distributed to get you in the mood for the day, plus event registration :-).
We will then have a scenic convoy through gorgeous Sussex and Surrey countryside to our main venue, with a mixture of main & country roads to our main venue Denbies Wine Estate.
At Denbies we will have a new layout for our event with a central area reserved for presentations and displays during the day. We will have trade stands onsite with great show deals, and a vast pool of Jaguar knowledge for you to quiz. In addition we will have a huge prize draw, and a number of awards to be made including the prestigious 'Best Turned Out Jag' award sponsored by Scratchshield to be passed from our 2017 winner to the new winner :-)
Add to this, superb company, over 60 years of Jaguar production spread across as many models as we can manage and you have our event :-) It is a great day out for everyone in itself but add to that what the largest wine estate in England has to offer (tours, tastings, great food, wine etc) and you have an incredible day out.
There will be free Welcome packs, samples, offers, discounts and all the usual things you would expect with a ticketed event, but this event is free! (except for a small charge for the main prize draw)

With just 138 days to go until our 2018 event, things are going well and very much on schedule for our largest free Jaguar event to-date.
We have four companies who will host presentation slots, teaching you the tricks of the trade, giving you the info you need to enable you to maintain your Jaguar.
We have an exciting new mix of event sponsors, and more trade stands than ever.
We already have Jaguars spanning 51 years signed up for this event, making us your one-stop event to see as much of the model range of Jaguars as we can persuade to join us.
We are still free to sign up for and attend, with just a small charge for the Prize draw on the day.
We have increased the number of awards you can win with your Jaguar on the day - some with cups or shields, and others with great prizes.
Our event is currently growing socially with almost 500 Twitter followers, 216 facebook friends, and over 50 Instagram followers.
Our starting point at Pease Pottage Services, and our main event venue are family suitable and safe, making this a great day out for not just you and your Jaguar, but your family. A free day out with a Jaguar twist :-)
At Denbies you not only have everything that our event has, but also wine estate tours, tastings and more plus superb wine to buy and take home, and restaurant food and drink to keep you going during the day with us.
You start the day with a free goodie bag on registering, and have a great chance at our awards for various classes, and should you enter our prize draw on the day get a chance at any one of a large number of prizes available.

At Denbies we will have a new layout for our event with a central area reserved for presentations and displays during the day. We will have trade stands onsite with great show deals, and a vast pool of Jaguar knowledge for you to quiz. In addition we will have a huge prize draw, and a number of awards to be made including the prestigious 'Best Turned Out Jag' award sponsored by Scratchshield to be passed from our 2017 winner to the new winner :-)
Add to this, superb company, over 60 years of Jaguar production spread across as many models as we can manage and you have our event :-) It is a great day out for everyone in itself but add to that what the largest wine estate in England has to offer (tours, tastings, great food, wine etc) and you have an incredible day out.
There will be free Welcome packs, samples, offers, discounts and all the usual things you would expect with a ticketed event, but this event is free! (except for a small charge for the main prize draw)

OK guys, I have just completed and handed in the paperwork for our event accomodation, accepting the best offer I could get us locally to the start point, and I should have the booking code details in the next few days for you.
This is to ensure that anyone travelling a distance to attend, or just wanting to make a weekend of our event has guaranteed access to accomodation.

Welcome to our JaguarForums Annual Convoy & Meet event for 2018!
Further to the success of our previous events, we have an incredible Jaguar exclusive event for you in May 2018!
This will be on Sunday 27th of May this year. We will be starting at Pease Pottage Services with a slightly earlier start time than the last event, & we will have a larger more airy room set aside exclusively for us on the day. There will be the obligatory welcome speech running through the features of our day, and free Welcome Packs distributed to get you in the mood for the day, plus event registration :-).
We will then have a scenic convoy through gorgeous Sussex and Surrey countryside to our main venue, with a mixture of main & country roads to our main venue Denbies Wine Estate.

Our event is easy to sign up for and most importantly FREE! You can sign up by posting on one of our forum threads, our Facebook page (JaguarForumsUK), our Twitter account (@JFBrightonMeets), or old fashioned email (JaguarForumsUK@solidlinux.co.uk) - we just need your name, Jaguar model, year of manufacture, and how many people will likely be travelling.
Further to the success of our previous events, we have an incredible Jaguar exclusive event for you in May 2018!
This will be on Sunday 27th of May this year. We will be starting at Pease Pottage Services with a slightly earlier start time than the last event, & we will have a larger more airy room set aside exclusively for us on the day. There will be the obligatory welcome speech running through the features of our day, and free Welcome Packs distributed to get you in the mood for the day, plus event registration :-).
We will then have a scenic convoy through gorgeous Sussex and Surrey countryside to our main venue, with a mixture of main & country roads to our main venue Denbies Wine Estate.
At Denbies we will have a new layout for our event with a central area reserved for presentations and displays during the day. We will have trade stands onsite with great show deals, and a vast pool of Jaguar knowledge for you to quiz. In addition we will have a huge prize draw, and a number of awards to be made including the prestigious 'Best Turned Out Jag' award sponsored by Scratchshield to be passed from our 2017 winner to the new winner :-)
Add to this, superb company, over 60 years of Jaguar production spread across as many models as we can manage and you have our event :-) It is a great day out for everyone in itself but add to that what the largest wine estate in England has to offer (tours, tastings, great food, wine etc) and you have an incredible day out.
There will be free Welcome packs, samples, offers, discounts and all the usual things you would expect with a ticketed event, but this event is free! (except for a small charge for the main prize draw)

Our event is easy to sign up for and most importantly FREE! You can sign up by posting on one of our forum threads, our Facebook page (JaguarForumsUK), our Twitter account (@JFBrightonMeets), or old fashioned email (JaguarForumsUK@solidlinux.co.uk) - we just need your name, Jaguar model, year of manufacture, and how many people will likely be travelling.
Further to the success of our previous events, we have an incredible Jaguar exclusive event for you in May 2018!
This will be on Sunday 27th of May this year. We will be starting at Pease Pottage Services with a slightly earlier start time than the last event, & we will have a larger more airy room set aside exclusively for us on the day. There will be the obligatory welcome speech running through the features of our day, and free Welcome Packs distributed to get you in the mood for the day, plus event registration :-).
We will then have a scenic convoy through gorgeous Sussex and Surrey countryside to our main venue, with a mixture of main & country roads to our main venue Denbies Wine Estate.
At Denbies we will have a new layout for our event with a central area reserved for presentations and displays during the day. We will have trade stands onsite with great show deals, and a vast pool of Jaguar knowledge for you to quiz. In addition we will have a huge prize draw, and a number of awards to be made including the prestigious 'Best Turned Out Jag' award sponsored by Scratchshield to be passed from our 2017 winner to the new winner :-)
Add to this, superb company, over 60 years of Jaguar production spread across as many models as we can manage and you have our event :-) It is a great day out for everyone in itself but add to that what the largest wine estate in England has to offer (tours, tastings, great food, wine etc) and you have an incredible day out.
There will be free Welcome packs, samples, offers, discounts and all the usual things you would expect with a ticketed event, but this event is free! (except for a small charge for the main prize draw)

We will have been running this event for five years this year, with seven events (we were bi-annual initially) - we have grown year on year with this years event being the most feature packed free event to-date.
We have retained our roots, putting Jaguar owners in touch with services and products genuinely of use and interest whilst giving you a great free day out as only Jaguar owners can organise :-)

OK guys, time for a little bit of an update on things, so you can see how we are going, or not as the case may be :-)
Everything is pretty much on schedule - we have had two event sponsors drop out in the past couple of months, but I am already working on locating other potential sponsors in the same fields. I am also hoping to sign up two more presentation slots as well if I can. I have made a start on the paperwork and print runs for the Welcome Packs, and have started following up on promised donations from our event sponsors.
Our staging post at Pease Pottage to help smooth the start of the convoy/drive element is still being looked into but I am hoping we can have the event registration etc at Pease Pottage Services as usual, then we all move to a section of road where we can setup for the start of the convoy/drive element. More on this as soon as things have been finalised.
I will also be starting to watch the long range weather forecast next month - hoping the weather will be good for us.
Ok, so that's where we are in the organisation of the event - there are a few things on the go which will be good news for us, and I will announce them as I learn more..
Meanwhile - the stats for our event.. I know some of us like to know in figures how we stand - by figures I mean statistics not money as this event is as always the show with no budget lol

We have 513 Twitter feed followers (@JFBrightonMeets #MayJagMeet)

Our Instagram account is doing well with 58 followers
We currently have 18 event sponsors (subject to changes as we go)
We will have 8 Trade stands on the day
34 Jaguars are signed up so far with 57 attendees
We have 4 30 minute presentation slots signed up
5 awards for various classes of Jaguar to be won inc an E-Type specific one
We are advertising in Friday Ad, and have a great writeup at Classic Car Curation
And finally we currently have Jaguars spanning 50 years of production signed up.
That's everything as it stands currently :-) If you have not signed up yet please, please sign up for what promises to be a great day out with everything from great food/drink, a prize draw, prestigeous awards, talks by the trade, and so much more making this a great day out for the family and enthusiasts alike.
You only need to let us know your Jaguar model, year of registration and how many people attending - it is genuinely that quick and simple to sign yourself up for a free Jaguar day out.

Welcome to our JaguarForums Annual Convoy & Meet event for 2018!
Further to the success of our previous events, we have an incredible Jaguar exclusive event for you in May 2018!
This will be on Sunday 27th of May this year. We will be starting at Pease Pottage Services with a slightly earlier start time than the last event, & we will have a larger more airy room set aside exclusively for us on the day. There will be the obligatory welcome speech running through the features of our day, and free Welcome Packs distributed to get you in the mood for the day, plus event registration :-).
We will then have a scenic convoy through gorgeous Sussex and Surrey countryside to our main venue, with a mixture of main & country roads to our main venue Denbies Wine Estate.
At Denbies we will have a new layout for our event with a central area reserved for presentations and displays during the day. We will have trade stands onsite with great show deals, and a vast pool of Jaguar knowledge for you to quiz. In addition we will have a huge prize draw, and a number of awards to be made including the prestigious 'Best Turned Out Jag' award sponsored by Scratchshield to be passed from our 2017 winner to the new winner :-)
Add to this, superb company, over 60 years of Jaguar production spread across as many models as we can manage and you have our event :-) It is a great day out for everyone in itself but add to that what the largest wine estate in England has to offer (tours, tastings, great food, wine etc) and you have an incredible day out.
There will be free Welcome packs, samples, offers, discounts and all the usual things you would expect with a ticketed event, but this event is free! (except for a small charge for the main prize draw)

Our event is easy to sign up for and most importantly FREE! You can sign up by posting on one of our forum threads, our Facebook page (JaguarForumsUK), our Twitter account (@JFBrightonMeets), or old fashioned email (JaguarForumsUK@solidlinux.co.uk) - we just need your name, Jaguar model, year of manufacture, and how many people will likely be travelling.
Further to the success of our previous events, we have an incredible Jaguar exclusive event for you in May 2018!
This will be on Sunday 27th of May this year. We will be starting at Pease Pottage Services with a slightly earlier start time than the last event, & we will have a larger more airy room set aside exclusively for us on the day. There will be the obligatory welcome speech running through the features of our day, and free Welcome Packs distributed to get you in the mood for the day, plus event registration :-).
We will then have a scenic convoy through gorgeous Sussex and Surrey countryside to our main venue, with a mixture of main & country roads to our main venue Denbies Wine Estate.
At Denbies we will have a new layout for our event with a central area reserved for presentations and displays during the day. We will have trade stands onsite with great show deals, and a vast pool of Jaguar knowledge for you to quiz. In addition we will have a huge prize draw, and a number of awards to be made including the prestigious 'Best Turned Out Jag' award sponsored by Scratchshield to be passed from our 2017 winner to the new winner :-)
Add to this, superb company, over 60 years of Jaguar production spread across as many models as we can manage and you have our event :-) It is a great day out for everyone in itself but add to that what the largest wine estate in England has to offer (tours, tastings, great food, wine etc) and you have an incredible day out.
There will be free Welcome packs, samples, offers, discounts and all the usual things you would expect with a ticketed event, but this event is free! (except for a small charge for the main prize draw)
