Hi Malcolm - the thread is something that grows over time, previous entries cannot be edited or changed.. so when following the event thread always go straight to the end and then back through the entries to the last one you remember - that way you will always have just the latest info. regarding where we are at this moment in time.

If you are looking for static information regarding the event you could go to JaguarForumsUK | Home where you will find all the static information inc history, sponsors, photos etc.

If you do have any queries regarding the event or anything related please drop me a line at JaguarForumsUK@solidlinux.co.uk - I am more than happy to help in any way I can.

I will add you to the list of attendees now, and very much look forward to meeting you on the day and in the meanwhile please keep an eye on this forum thread for the very latest info not forgetting we have the Christmas competition starting shortly :-)

OK guys, the weekend has been and gone and Monday is upon us however the good news is that everything is still very much progressing with our event - I am in contact with more potential sponsors, and our FridayAd advertisement is now in place & live to see if we can bring onboard more Jaguar owners that do not necessarily frequent social media or the forums - the advert is here: https://www.friday-ad.co.uk/dorking/...vent-17092786/

Our event is becoming more accepted by Jaguar clubs and forums which is really good news for us - meaning you can not only get involved in talks by specialists, get show prices on must-have items for your Jaguar, win awards, have a great FREE Jaguar day out, & even enter a great prize draw on the day but also meet some incredible clubs and forums that specialise in Jaguars and supporting the owners throughout the life of their Jaguar.
We currently have one forum potentially sponsoring an award at our next event and another discussing the possibility of a club stand - if you run a Jaguar club or forum and would like to help our event put attendees in touch with support networks/services such as yourselves please, please get in touch - it would be great to have you onboard.
Club and Forum plots are free at our event and give attendees a great chance to meet the people who can support them, and their Jaguars, and also an opportunity for clubs and forums to introduce theirselves to our attendees.

OK guys,

Good news regarding our event!

We have just had our first two club/forum stands booked - which means you can not only meet the trade, buy must-have products at show prices, & get great advice, but also talk to me regarding JaguarForums.com on the day, and meet, talk with, and learn about the JEC and JagChat.net :-)

Additionally we have two NEW class awards for you to be in with a great chance of winning on the day!

Full details will appear in the threads later today - a massive thankyou goes out to JEC & JagChat.net for their support of our growing free Jaguar event.

Our event has acheived quite a few watersheds as it has moved from just five or six people having a chat and a mug of tea, to 100+ Jaguars per event, to trade sponsorship, and then trade stands onsite, and now Jaguar clubs and forums getting involved.

A MASSIVE thankyou goes out to everyone involved with our event - without you we wouldn't have the event we have, nor would our event have ever met it's objective which is to ensure Jaguar owners from any background or financial situation can meet companies we trust and can depend on, connect with support networks and have a great Jaguar day out suitable for everyone from families to die hard petrol (or diesel :-))heads..

We have so exceeded anything I thought we could manage - Thankyou! (and don't forget to sign up for free if you haven't already :-))

OK so it's a Monday, which is never the best of days but this Monday does come with good news to brighten your day and make it more of a Jaguar day for you :-)

Our event now has three forums/clubs participating, and I am currently in discussions with a number of other forums and clubs, with hopefully even more good news to follow.

This guarantees that at our next event you can not only meet companies supplying must-have services and products for your Jaguar, but also connect with the clubs and forums that will support you for the life of your Jaguar :-)

Things have been quite busy over the past week, not just with me trying to encourage more participation by the companies/clubs/forums that you will all want to meet on the day, but also with the stats regarding our event.. so for those of you into statistics here is where we are so far:

Our forum threads have received almost 6000 hits to-date
We now have 4 class awards confirmed (huge thanks to the clubs/forums)
We have 3 clubs/forums you can meet on the day
We have 5 Trade stands confirmed

We have 17 Jaguars and 33 people signed up to-date
Our event Facebook page has 262 followers
Our event Twitter feed has almost 300 followers

Welcome to our eighth JaguarForumsUK Convoy & Meet event!
This will be our sixth year of running this event, and genuinely the biggest, most feature packed event we will have ever run.

Our event is a great Jaguar day out for you, your Jaguar, and your family, with a convoy element, as well as main one day event - including:

Free Welcome packs
A range of class awards that your Jaguar could win
Talks on how to look after and maintain your Jaguar
Trade stands with great products & services at show prices, plus free advice.
Trade demonstrations showing you the trade at work
A quiz to test your knowledge of Jaguar, with a great prize up for grabs
A great prize draw with prizes ranging from must-haves to incredible treats for you or your Jaguar

Add to this a convoy/drive through glorious Sussex and Surrey countryside, a superb venue at Denbies Wine Estate (the largest wine estate in England), great Jaguars spanning all walks of life, incredible company and you have our event. And not just all this, but Denbies have a range of award winning wines you can buy and take home with you, plus a carvery restaurant with great food and drink to keep you going through the day.

So go on, treat yourself and your Jaguar to a great day out. Our event is free to sign up for and attend, with just a small fee for entering the prize draw on the day, making it ideal for you and your family, even if you are on a budget! Please feel free to take a look at our previous events to see what to expect, and what attendees thought of our event - we have a great Jaguar day out for you, and would love to welcome you to our 2019 event :-)

Please keep an eye on this thread at your favourite Jaguar forum, our event Facebook page, or via our event Twitter or Instagram feeds as any and all updates will appear there as we go.
