Owner of the Local No. VA) XJ220?

A little over a year ago, I ran across this XJ220 at a local shop in Northern VA. Does anyone happen to know the owner? I'm sure we'd all like to see it sometime, at one of the Cars & Coffee events in the local area, or British Car shows.
