I'm not sure how I missed this thread.

There are many British Car Events coming up in our region. Lorton, VA just had a big one. Should we keep a "living account" of those in here? Everyone could add to the list, any events that they know of, but are missing.

Hey "Thermo" - are you still out there?

On this front there is a 24 Hours of Lemons race the weekend of the 13-14th at NJMP. Not Jag specific, but my X-Type will be running there hopefully all weekend.

Default June 3rd and 4th

Sorry guys. I really should have posted these a month ago. We have two mid-Atlantic events this weekend. The first is the Moss Motorfest on Saturday, 3 June in Petersburg, VA (just South of Richmond)

Moss Motorfest: General Information

The second is the Original British Car Day on Sunday, 4 June in Adamstown, MD (near Frederick). This year is special for us as the Featured Mark is Jaguar. So rev-up your Cats and see you there:

CCNEMGTR

Sorry - it's too late to register in advance for either, but you "can" register your car upon arrival at the OBCD.

Phil here in Arlington, VA. I have a 1993 XJ-S Convertible with the 4.0L straight 6.

I've recently changed my license plate.

Yes... that's my *real* license plate... Guess I just got lucky!

Don't hate me because I'm a playa'... hate the game!... ;-)

I couldn't believe it was available when I checked the DMV website.

With a maniacal grin, I quickly ordered the plate, assuming that there must be at least a dozen other Jag owners out there who were about to beat me to ordering this plate, if I didn't act NOW!

Pretty! Hope to see you at many of the local British Drive-ins. Don't worry if the show features Triumphs, MGs, etc. - all Brits are welcome at all shows.
