Jaguar Chandler (Phoenix, AZ area)

This may seem like a shameless plug, but for too long, dealers have been getting a bad rap for the cost and quality of the service they provide once a car is out of warranty. I had rather the opposite experience this weekend, and thought I might share it with any other folks in central Arizona that need Jaguar service.

This week, I had to have the brake system flushed and oil changed in my 2011 XKR. Having neither the equipment nor the motivation to do it myself, I bit the bullet and took the car to Jaguar Chandler. When I made the appointment, they originally quoted me a frightening price for both services, but I did receive a coupon in the mail from Jaguar for an $89.95 oil change, so that alone would have saved me almost $200 off the quoted price. When all was said and done, they only charged me $68.00 for the oil change and $196.00 for the brake system flush. They also performed a full systems inspection and threw in a car wash. I was very pleased, both with the prices and the overall service. Since it was a quiet Saturday, I got to spend time talking with several of the sales staff about the new vehicles on the showroom. All were very knowledgeable (as they should be) and all seemed to enjoy talking about Jags as much as I do. In short, if you are in the Phoenix area and don't want a "specialist repair shop" to work on your vehicle, Jaguar Chandler is a very good alternative.

Note - they also sell and service Land Rovers.
