Timely question... I backed my Highlander into my wife's XKR (don't ask) and my insurance company (USAA) actually called around to Jaguar dealers for recommendations on a competent body shop for this model. They referred me to the shop below as their best choice, even though it is five hours away from me. I'll be trailering the car down there next week, so I cannot yet comment on the actual result, but it's a lot closer to you.

Sorry to see you have arrived with a serious issue.
Jaguar deliberately make it difficult for any bodyshop outside the approved network by restricting availablity of body parts for the aluminium bodied vehicles. It may be worth asking your Jaguar Dealer in Houston who they use.
