Talking Jaguars in Texas

Yes I think your right, I parked at my Doctors office 4 months ago and came out to see a light blue Jaguar exactly like mine, parked behind my 2005 XJ8 white Jaguar, then last week as I pulled into the auto shop to have my windshield wipers changed a gentleman came over to say he had the sister to my Jag at home. Just yesterday I saw 2 other Jaguars on the road, one next to me, the other one going in the opposite direction. I live in San Antonio Texas, seems there are a lot here?

Like rabbits, once you have two in the area, the population goes way up.

Default Looking for help with my 2005 XJR

I am getting a vechile to low and air suspension fail message now that the weather is getting colder here in Houston.
Can someone recommend a quality shop I live in Jersey Village (Northwest of Houston). I am trying to avoid taking it to a dealership. From what I understand this isn't a major issue and a Certified Mechanic that is familiar with the air suspension in a 2005 XJR should not have a problem doing the work. And just to leave on a good note I Love the XJR just got it this Summer and I am now the 2nd owner, car had a clean carfax, and around 106,000 miles at the time I got it.
Classic!

Wish I could give you a quality shop recommendation, but so far the only repair experience that I have is with the North Houston Jaguar shop on I-45 North. I was very impressed with their level of concern and feel the service writer (Adam) was completely upfront with me regarding the maintenance work needed.

I'm here in San Antonio, moved here from Houston 3 years ago. I have a 2000 XK8. I've seen two other similar XKs on the road in my area of town (Helotes), a few Xj6s, and several F-Types.

If you need a good Jag mechanic in San Antonio, I highly recommend Finsanto Automotive on Bandera Road. Ask for Wayne, he is the service manager.

I just moved to Houston and joined this forum. I live up in Spring and I'm a proud owner of an 89 XJ6 or better know as an XJ40.

Looking forward to some local events to meet new people and their cars.
