Hi, I dropped my XF off for service this morning and the loner I got is attached. I thought they were punking me at that moment. Is this seriously the norm nowadays?

Had it happen once at Cole European in Walnut Creek. I typically had an XF or Evoke as a loaner.

I have a loaner right now from Cole, its a Range Rover, I am okay with it.
