Phone directory
 

My 2008 XF phone directory is always empty after I turn vehicle off. My smart phone works well with Bluetooth and stored numbers show up, but when I enter voice activated information by number or name it only works until I turn vehicle off. It then disappears and I get message "no entries in directory the next time I try to use. The same with "last 10 calls made or received" function, history does not stay.
