xj-s technical help in Martinez, Ca

Hi Jag fans,
I have a 1986 XJ-S that I have been working on for a year or so now.
Replacing repairing and upgrading many items according to Kirby's Experience in a Book. I need some advice or an extra set of eyes to help figure out why my front left manifold is not getting hot. I have power it seems, but the manifold runs at 130f at idle, while the other manifolds are 350 or more.
Are there any XJ-S mechanics in the area of Martinez, Ca. I would love to hear from you. If you have the time I have the wine, beer, or other.
Thanks and Cheers
Brent

Sorry I didn't specify a few things. It is a V12 5.3 with 59k on the clock. It is black with black leather and wire wheels. It's very clean and well treated. I have replaced most service items and a few upgrades. Especially the cooling system.

Are there any other issues with the car such as rough idle or exhaust leak noises? Did you test multiple spots on the manifold because it seems like a few cylinders are not firing.

English & European in Berkley is the closes by but in Fremont has a Jag specialist shop that knows the ins and outs of older and soon to be classic Jags.

Thanks Graham,
I am working with Greg and Grant over on XJ-S board who have been a big help. I should take the time to introduce myself, but afraid of boring everyone. I have a beautiful 1986 V12 5.3 It's black with black interior and wire wheels. It was my mother's car for many years and she took very good care of it until it began to break her bank. Then she gave it to me. It was suffering from a leaky oil sender causing great pillows of smoke at unexpected times. It was stored for a few years and now I am trying to fix and upgrade everything. Lots of time and a fair expense. Being a retired electrician I can do almost all of it except body and paint work. It is the most lovely car to drive and look at I have ever owned by far.
