I don't have an XKR (someday, hopefully), but is a new belt needed to fit the new pulley?

I can do both, the upper in stainless, lower in alloy.

The standard belt should work as the tensioner pulley takes up the small amount of slack created.

By the way, what material is the B.P upper pulley made out of?

Our supercharger pulley is made out of steel

And the crank pulley is made out of aluminium

Am I seeing things, or does the snout of the supercharger need to be machined to fit this pulley?

Not on the 1.5lb pulley

But if you wanted to step up to the smaller pulley which bumps your boost up to 2.5 you would have to machine (as seen in pic above)

So, there is no additional boost from using the lower pulley? Or are you saying that would be 3LBS of boost for an extra 26-30 hp?
