2003 Jag X-Type

Can anyone help me out with my 03 jag xtype....I'm trying to get rid of the codes that keep coming in and making my jag run really badly ...P0171 and P0174 codes came up I did research online and it said that I had to change four things then to manifold o rings the fuel filter and then something else I changed three of those things and the car still acts up...I've changed the 3 02 sensors and change the ignition coils new seals for the intake manifold and,of course an oil change and Cadillac converters...but my car keeps going into limp mode and it glitches at 3k rpms....the other day I changed the intake manifold with another jag I had for parts ..the other jag is in really good condition but frame was bad that why I have it.. but when I put the intake manifold from the jag I have for part on to my other jag it wouldn't start at all and if it did it started for a quick second ... so I put the original intake manifold back on I bolted everything down the way it's supposed to go...And then i started it up an took it for a drive everything was fine and then out of nowhere the whole car made a huge clunk noise and then an orange and red light came on on the dash saying transmission fault and engine emissions failure I don't see why that would come on because I tried to put a new / use intake manifold on it but it didn't work I've been doing some research Beyond weeks trying to figure out what's wrong with my Jag and apparently it just keeps getting worse as I try to fix it I know what I'm doing I've done it multiple times but seems like I just can't get past this problem if anybody can help that would be great let me know ASAP

P0171 & P0174 are usually related to a vacuum leak.
1. Brake booster hose
2. Brake booster valve
3. IMT seals
4. PCV hose (needs the ribbed one, not smooth)
5. Upper & lower manifold seals
6. MAF module
7. Catalytic converter sensors (4)

Usually splits on the underside

If all else fails, use Search and read what others did and got the issue fixed :)

Hint: read fuel trims and go from there - but don't ignore the details in the posts.

All of those pics that you sent all those hoses are in really good condition I don't see why it would say vacuum leak but I'll do some more looking around the car

I noticed the following video on Jag 2003 xtype with PO171 and PO174

looks like to hose from the intake was cracked and broken.
