3000RPM please help

guys please help the RPM is not going above 3000RPM's
and i can smell gasoline in side the car, did this happened to any of you??

how can i fix this??

Get a code asap and check the fuel pipes

the car is in the dealer thay will start on it saturday
it suck thursday & friday is the week end in saudi arabia & i'll spend them driving an s-type not fun to dive at all but power full it's a V8.

yeah i forgot to say there is no check engine light on my car & no low preformanse but the RPM is not going above 3000 wich mean i cant drive fast& i have to make the gear shift on low RPM's
