Adding rear dash sub woofers to my car

Hello I have the '08 xtype but the stereo doesn't have the speakers in the rear dash so got REAL LUCKY and went to a junk yard and found some off a '06 jag it also had the amp and tweeter all connections were great in the trunk my question is do i have to change the radio. Oh i also took the radio out too.I checked the trunk of my car and it has the connection also i took the rear cover inside as well that goes over the amp cause in my car its different.
