Auto folding side mirror

does anyone haver this kind mirror?
I got 2004 x, anyone have any idea where I can get it.
Any instruction?

is it possible to folding the external mirrors with the remote?

not with remote...
it works with the button inside of car, just like adjusting mirror buttons...
